Kia Ceed Dashboard Rattle

Kia ceed 2007 2010 on the verge of buying a ceed. First time they removed the front dash panel and the screen and secured all wires the rattles were little more quiet their frequency changed and they were not occuring so frequently but they were still there when i was driving on paving roads i could hear that something was lose. My son has just bought a kia ceeed which has a rattle which appears to come from the dash in front of the front near side passenger seat.
